Pat attends The Camping & Caravanning Club’s Southern Region representing WSDA if Keith is unable to go.

Pat is our Facebook Admin and oversees the website.

Vice Chair & along with Chris will organise our Social activities.

Secretary & Webmaster & Deputy PRO

The Webmaster manages and provides updates to the WSDA Website. June is responsible for arranging committee meetings and taking the minutes etc.

Treasurer

Mary will remain as Treasurer until 31st December, 2026 when she will be handing over to Justin Smith.

Justin is new to the Committee and following a few months of shadowing will replace Mary as Treasurer from 1/1/27.

Social Co-Ordinator

Chris has been our Social Organiser for many years and will now share the job with Keith Harris our Vice Chairman.

Booking Officer

Celia is your first port of call for booking for a place on a site/ meet. Although mostly booking isn’t essential, it really does help if we know beforehand.

Kirsten is our new Sites Secretary and will be booking sites for 2028.

Keith is our Southern Region Councillor and will attend the four meetings throughout the year.

Lin has been our Sites Secretary for many years, she will now be handing over to Kirsten Harris, but will remain on the committee.
