Richard Belchamber – Condolences
It is with a heavy heart that we bring you news that Richard Belchamber passed away at Worthing Hospital on 21st April, aged 79.
Service to take place at St Mary’s Church Clymping on Thursday 11th May at 12.30pm.Followed by a family only committal at Worthing Crematorium.
Family flowers only but donations if desired to go to either RNLI or PARKINSON UK. c/o Dillistone, 3a Arundel Road, Littlehampton, West Sussex. BN17 7BY.Family respectfully request that no dark colours to be worn.

Some older members will remember Richard with affection. He held many different posts on WSDA committee and served the Southern region council for many years including as Region Chairman.
May Bank Holiday Meet
The weather almost held for the whole meet, and the campers enjoyed studying the aircraft in this ever popular meet.

This Aviation Museum has a unique collection of British aircraft from the “golden age” of British aircraft manufacture. From the end of WWII until the 1970’s British aircraft designers produced some of the most innovative and advanced aircraft of the day. From post war to cold war, this museum clearly shows that timeline in aviation terms.
Amongst the list are classic names, Avro, Hawker, Gloster, De Havilland, English Electric, Blackburn, Percival.

Happy New Year to all West Sussex DA Campers! We have just had our New Year Meal at the Old Tollgate in Bramber which was well received by all. Even the staff enjoyed having us there and said it was nice to see so many people thoroughly enjoying themselves!

We are holding our annual first gathering of the year at a new venue.
